Well I just thought that every enemy should be fought for the scrap, especially in the early sectors. It flies towards the enemy ship, rips a breaching hole into the randomly selected room, then begins attacking any system or enemy crew in the room. On the sector map, there are three groups of sectors: Civilian, Hostile, Nebula. Mind Control might enable you to pick up an enemy member and sabotage the hacking. This random event occurs in: Slug Controlled Nebula. The Lanius are scavengers — metallic. To contrast, you can deploy a Defense Drone 2 in. This makes it rather useful for keeping enemy shields down or causing random damage (Sadly you can't 'direct' a drone to target a specific area of the ship. About 3, defense scrambler is also great to have if you are doing true end because 10 shots in 1 second defense drones are a thing.
